The recall involves units with serial number, which are located on the bottom of the machine, in the following ranges: | Beginning with - Ending with | 0 - 0 or 6 | 1 - 9 | 2 - 3 | 3 - 1 | 4 - 2 | 5 - 0, 1, 3, 4 or 9 | 6 - 1, 3 or 4 | 7 - 1, 2 or 4 | 8 - 2 or 4 | 9 - 1 or 5 |

Reason for Recall

Electrical arcing can occur in the machine's power supply, posing a risk of fire.

Remedy

Consumers should stop using these sewing machines, and return them to the dealer where purchased for a free repair.
