The pail has a clear lid with a label in which "Albert's" and "Skull Pails Filled with Halloween Candy Mix" is printed. The pail measures about 5 ½ inches high.

Reason for Recall

The surface paint on the eyes, nose, and teeth of the skull contains excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.

Remedy

Consumers should immediately take the recalled product away from children and take it to the retailer where it was purchased to receive a full refund.
