Only those with the following information on tags attached to the mattress and foundation (box spring) are included in this recall. Information on Mattress and Box Spring Tags Manufacturer Mattress World Date of Manufacture May 29, 2009 through September 4, 2009 Prototype ID MWQ or MWFOBXQ

Reason for Recall

The mattress sets fail to meet the mandatory federal open flame standard and pose a fire hazard to consumers.

Remedy

Consumers should immediately contact Mattress World to receive a full refund.
