Units Affected: 6 bags per case X 80 cases= 480 bags (units)
Distribution: The Caesar Salad is distributed to the following states (IL, MS, MN, ND, MN) however, recalled product never made it to intended retail locations as local distributors were notified before product could be shipped. The Hearts of Romaine is distributed to the following states (IA, KS). The firm notified the agency that 4 pallets of affected product were distributed to Two different distribution locations.
